Bakai Bank's Contact Center is seeking interns with subsequent employment.

We are looking for serious and responsible people who are interested in further development in banking.

Requirements to candidates

Education:

  • Higher/undergraduate degree, preferably in economics or engineering

PC skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office computer software package

Knowledge of languages:

  • Knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages is mandatory
  • Knowledge of English language is welcomed.

Additional requirements:

  • Good enunciation skills
  • Culture and speech literacy (knowledge of language etiquette)
  • Handwriting literacy
  • Good communication skills (conciseness, attention to the interlocutor)
  • Emotional competence (managing emotions)
  • Intelligence
  • Stress resistance

Duties:

  • Provision of reference information, consultation with clients about the Bank's services and products through all available channels of communication, work on incoming and outgoing calls
  • Work with complaints and requests
  • Sales.
