Impersonal metal account (IMA)  is an account where the precious metal you own is reflected in grams without any information about the proof, bullion numbers and the manufacturer.

You can buy or sell the metal to the bank at any time without getting your hands on it and without verifying (examining) the bullion.

IMA secured lending

Bakai Bank OJSC provides its customers, holders of impersonal bullion accounts with an opportunity to set them as a collateral when obtaining a loan. The bank's clients not only can they take out loans for themselves using the IMA as a collateral, but also to act as a pledge for registration of a loan to a third party in "Bakai Bank" OJSC.

Target audience:

• Legal entities
• IE, Individuals

Intended use:

For any purposes not contradicting the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. 

Main conditions:

• Loan currency: National currency and U.S. dollars
• Minimum loan amount: 10,000 KGS, 150 USD
• Maximum loan amount: no more than 70% of the value of the precious metal
• Minimum loan term: 1 month
• Maximum loan term: 2 years with the possibility of extension
• Repayment of the loan: interest is repaid monthly (once a month). Principal repayment - free schedule

Sale and purchase of bullion bars.

BAKAI BANK OJSC carries out sale and purchase of gold bars issued by the NBKR.

Investing in precious metals is one of the means of saving. Gold bars have high liquidity and when global prices go up for precious metals, such investment is a potential additional income.

BAKAI BANK OJSC offers you to use services of buying and selling gold bars.

Measured gold bars from 1 gr. up to 31,1035 gr. are issued in the protected package that simultaneously serves as a certificate. A certificate is attached to a 100g bullion bar separately. The integrity of the secure packaging - certificate guarantees the authenticity of the ingot and provides for immediate settlement with the customer upon repurchase. If the small ingot or the packing - certificate is damaged or the certificate is missing, the small ingot is subject to a detailed examination. The term of expertise shall not exceed 14 working days, charging a fee for expertise in the amount of 11% of the measured bar repurchase amount. 

It is not recommended to open package with the measured bullion.

Sale of bullion bars to individuals is carried out on the basis of an identity document (passport). Legal entities - according to the list of documents for opening an account in the Bank.

Payment for the purchased bullion bars can be made in cash and non-cash form, as well as with the use of a bank payment card through POS-terminal located in the turnover cash desks of Bakai Bank OJSC, authorized to deal with the purchase and sale of bullion bars.
